They're American idiots, nimrods & basket cases...but you'll love them!

Christie Road began in Cleveland in 2019 when founding members vocalist/guitarist Jeremy Van Dress and Scott Richmond played around with the idea of starting a 90's cover band, something far different from their indie punk original act, DØAKS.  Green Day's song "Welcome to Paradise" was the first on their list, they played it and then proceeded to jam out over a dozen other Green Day tunes as their plan for a 90's cover band fell off the rails.  They then added Rich Butera on drums to complete the trio.

The boys love their Green Day from the "1,039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours" (1990) era all the way through the latest release, "Revolution Radio" (2016) and their setlists show this passion.  Expect a lot of songs from Green Day's two biggest albums, "Dookie" (1994) with 20 million copies sold and "American Idiot" (2004) with 16 millions copies sold.  However, you'll still get the deeper cuts that you'd expect from truly seeing Green Day live in concert!

Book Christie Road for your next event if you're looking for an exciting change of pace act that will keep the crowd entertained, energized and wanting more!  Whether its at a bar, club, festival, university, wedding, house party, special event, etc., Christie Road is the go-to destination for an authentic Green Day tribute act.  Please contact us for more info, we'd love to hear from you!
